Loren DeVinney | P.T., O.M.P.T.
Loren graduated from Oakland University in 1982 with a degree in physical therapy. Oakland University and International Seminar in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (Freddy Kaltenborn, Olaf Evjenth) certified him as an orthopedic manual physical therapist (OMPT) in 1992.
He lectures with physical therapy programs at Oakland University and Wayne State University and has taught many continuing education seminars on manual physical therapy since 1984.
Loren was the spinal manual therapist for the Detroit Lions football team in the late 1980s.
He has written about physical therapy in two books: Fibromyalgia: The Complete Guide From Medical Experts and Patients (2008), and 100 Questions and Answers about Fibromyalgia (2010).
He is a member of the American and Michigan Physical Therapy Association as well as the Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He is co-owner and physical therapist at DeVinney Czarnecki Physical Therapy PC and at The Training Room LLC in Troy.
John Czarnecki | P.T., F.A.A.O.M.P.T.
John graduated from Wake Forest University in 1987 with a degree in exercise science. He received his physical therapy degree in 1989 from the University of Michigan-Flint. He earned his certification in orthopedic manual physical therapy (OMPT) in 1995 from Oakland University.
John is a member of the American and Michigan Physical Therapy Association and is a fellow with the Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).
John co-founded the Ted Lindsay Foundation (TedLindsay.com) for Autism research in 2001.
He is an associate member of the Red Wing Alumni and provides physical therapy services for the Alumni team.
He is co-owner and physical therapist at DeVinney Czarnecki Physical Therapy PC and The Training Room LLC in Troy.
Carolyn Varner | M.S., P.T., O.M.P.T.
Carolyn graduated with distinction from Wayne State University in 1985 with a degree in physical therapy. She received her orthopedic manual physical therapy (OMPT) certification in 1994 from Oakland University and completed her master of science degree at Oakland University in 1999.
Carolyn is trained and certified in LSVT BIG treatment and has worked at DeVinney Czarnecki Physical Therapy PC since 1997.
Pamela Moorhouse | B.S., P.T.
Pam graduated with distinction from Wayne State University in 1981 with a degree in physical therapy. She has extensive experience in manual orthopedic therapy including muscle energy techniques.

Robert Shapiro | B.S., P.T.A.
Bob graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor of science degree in Psychology. He graduated from Macomb Community College in 1998 with an associate's degree in applied science-physical therapist assistant.
He has worked at various outpatient orthopedic clinics since receiving his physical therapist assistant degree and joined DeVinney Czarnecki Physical Therapy PC in 2009.
Victoria DeVinney, PT, DPT, RCST
Dr. DeVinney received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 1987 and her Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from WSU in 2015. She is specially trained to work with women with such pelvic floor dysfunctions as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She uses myofascial release and craniosacral therapy to address soft tissue dysfunction and chronic pain throughout the body and prescribes specific exercises to augment hands-on treatment. Dr. DeVinney is certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a subtle hands-on approach designed to assist clients in balancing their nervous system and releasing deeply-held tension, allowing them to connect more fully to their inner health and their own healing potential.
