Chair yoga is a gentle, adapted form of yoga performed using a chair for support while sitting or standing.

Benefits: Promotes flexibility, strength, and reduces stress through modified poses and controlled breathing.

Cost:

  • Current patients - Free (with PT’s permission)
  • Fitness patients - $5
  • All others - $10

Please note that class size is limited to 6 students per session.
